 What Happens During a Discovery Call - (Set aside 1hr.)
1. Connection & Intention Setting
• We begin by creating a warm, judgment-free space.

• You share what’s calling you toward change— whether it’s a desire for better health, weight release, fatigue, stress, a desire for more joy, or simply a sense that something’s out of sync.

• I listen deeply, not just to your words but to the rhythm beneath them.

2. Exploring Your Wellness Landscape
• We gently explore your current habits, energy patterns, and lifestyle rhythms.

• I ask intuitive, questions to understand your physical, emotional, and environmental influences.  

• Together, we identify what’s working, what’s misaligned, and what’s yearning to shift

8-Week Wellness Journey - Moving Forward

Looking to improve your overall well-being? Our 8-Week Whole Person Wellness Program is designed to guide you step-by-step towards a healthier, more balanced lifestyle. This program focuses on holistic health, addressing the mind, body, and spirit to help you achieve sustainable wellness. Whether you're looking to reduce stress, increase physical fitness, or create healthier habits, this outlined plan will empower you to take charge of your health. This program can be in a group setting with limited seating.  And or 1:1 private coaching 

What to Expect

Over the course of eight weeks, together we will create a structured yet flexible plan that incorporates four key areas of wellness:

  • Physical Health: Weekly fitness goals, nutritional guidance, to boost your physical well-being.
  • Mental Health: Stress management strategies, mindfulness exercises, and activities to enhance focus and clarity.
  • Emotional Well-being: Journaling prompts, gratitude practices, and tools to strengthen emotional resilience.
  • Social Connection: Tips for fostering meaningful relationships and building supportive networks.

Here's a quick outline of what each MODULE entails:

MODULE 1:

 Foundations of Wellness – Establish your baseline and set achievable goals for the program.

 Nutrition and Hydration – Learn the basics of nourishing your body with whole, nutrient-dense foods.

 Movement and Activity – Incorporate daily exercises tailored to your fitness level and preferences.

Mindfulness and Stress Reduction – Adopt simple techniques to help manage stress and stay present.

MODULE 2:

 Rest and Recovery – Focus on improving sleep quality and recognizing the importance of rest.

Emotional Wellness – Explore ways to process emotions, build resilience, and practice self-compassion.

Connection and Community – Strengthen your relationships and enhance your social support system.

Integration and Reflection – Reflect on your progress, celebrate your wins, and create a plan to maintain your new habits.

12-Week Wellness Revolution! VIP package

 12-week wellness program is designed to help you achieve a healthier and more balanced lifestyle through a structured and supportive approach. Each week focuses on key aspects of wellness including fitness, nutrition, mindfulness, and personal growth. You'll receive step-by-step guidance and practical tools to keep you motivated and on track. Here's a quick breakdown of what you can expect: This program is an extension of 8 week program with a deeper dive into Mindfulness  ( 1:1 PROGRAM ONLY )

  • Weeks 1-4:  Your Why for your why, identifying your anchors, setting achievable goals, building the foundation for habit changes, meal planning.
  • Weeks 5-8:  Incorporating mindfulness techniques, deep dive into controlling food and sugar cravings and emotional eating , getting started with healthy eating, fine-tuning your habits for sustainable results.
  • Weeks 9-12: Mastering consistency, discovering your future vision, celebrating milestones, and creating a long-term plan to maintain your progress.

Whether you're just starting your wellness journey or looking to take it to the next level, this program is tailored to meet your needs. By the end of 12 weeks, you'll feel stronger, more energized, and confident in maintaining your healthy lifestyle.

Caring For Your Mental Health:  Your mental health is essential to your overall health.  It can affect your thoughts, feelings  and behaviors. We will together navigate the steps you can take to support your mental health, incorporating simple strategies that can help you cope with life's up and downs, improve your mood and help you manage your emotions.  4 each- 1:1 hour sessions:  $200
